As a Business Development Executive in our company, your role is crucial in bringing new business opportunities and providing prospective customers/clients with all logistics services offered. You will also be responsible for creating solutions for their logistics needs and consulting throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities - Coordinate business generation activities - Develop customized targeted sales strategies - Build business relationships with current and potential clients - Develop a new business prospect listing for future planning - Manage the profit and loss of the Logistics business - Maintain all account and new business approaches - Generate specific reports as required - Maintain close working relationships with Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics team - Focus on winning and retaining profitable business - Manage and coordinate all commercial activities with a defined vertical group of customers - Undertake cross-selling and up-selling within the existing customer base Qualifications: - Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% - Skills: Excellent communication skills - Characteristics: Go-getter and leadership abilities - Mandatory 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry sales - Familiarity with business and operations principles and practices - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams - Leadership and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Join our team and be part of a company that values your skills and expertise in driving business growth and client satisfaction.
