We are looking for a Sales Manager BLAP to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing distribution channels, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Identify & onboard potential channel partners (DSAs, connectors, etc.).

• Build and manage strong relationships with distribution networks.

• Handle customer documentation, loan applications, and provide status updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth TAT & service delivery.

• Maintain MIS, reports, and database.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a customer-centric culture.

• Cross-sell insurance & related financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales/Marketing/Finance.

• 1 years of proven experience in LAP sales (mandatory).

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand financials and assess loan eligibility.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

• High integrity and customer-first approach.

• Age: Up to 30 years.

• Field-based role, individual contributor.
