Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project-wise and overall sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Manage and track sales leads, customer inquiries, and conversion rates through CRM tools or internal systems.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate pricing, promotional, and sales plans.
Represent the company in property exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to generate qualified leads.
Oversee documentation, agreements, and post-sales customer service in coordination with the legal and CRM departments.
Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of real estate sales processes and the local property market.
Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives/commissions.
