we are looking for Sales Manager with 5 to 10 Years Experience in Sales and Business Development.

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of GenX UAV Batteries across key market segments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, making and managing distributors and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales & demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions/segments.
Identify and engage potential customers including drone OEMs, system integrators, agriculture service providers, defense contractors, and government agencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and distributors.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and deliver effective product presentations.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide customers with suitable battery solutions based on their applications.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Support the team with customer proposals, pricing and negotiations while ensuring high quality customer services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product positioning and new product development.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to promote GenX UAV Batteries.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5-10 years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification MBA (Preferred) ,Any degree with Electronics
Monthly Salary - Rs. 35000 - Rs. 65000 (based on experience and qualifications)Performance - based incentives in addition to fixed salary.
