Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. *Sales and Revenue Growth*: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the project's revenue growth. 2. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support. 3.*Qualify prospects, and convert them into sales. 4. *Product Knowledge*: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the project, including features, amenities, and pricing. 5. *Site Visits and Presentations*: Accompany customers during site visits, deliver project presentations, and address any concerns. 6. *Negotiation and Closure*: Negotiate sales agreements, facilitate closures, and ensure a smooth handover to the customer service team. 7. *Customer Feedback and Improvement*: Collect customer feedback, analyze it, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and sales processes. 8. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, construction, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
