Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for real estate sales in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for leading the sales operations with a target-based approach. Your role will require strong sales acumen, leadership qualities, and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and yearly real estate sales targets. - Develop and manage a team of high-performing sales executives. - Drive lead generation and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Organize and conduct client meetings and property site visits. - Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. - Analyze real estate market trends and competitor strategies. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Note: The company offers a competitive CTC of 1,50,000 per month (18 LPA) along with attractive incentives and growth opportunities.
