This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual based in India to play a pivotal role in our international growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in international sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales professional who will be at the forefront, actively engaging clients, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a hands-on, field-focused individual who thrives on driving growth and owning opportunities; back-office candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
to expand our market share for IT hardware products within the United States and new international territories.Drive the entire sales cycle
from lead generation and prospecting to technical consultation, negotiation, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships.Proactively learn and maintain a deep understanding
of our IT products, their technical specifications, and their applications within the broader IT equipment ecosystem.Effectively communicate product value propositions
to a technical and non-technical audience through virtual meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.Manage and grow key accounts
in the US, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for new and existing hardware solutions.Spearhead export sales initiatives
from the United States to international markets, with an initial focus on the Middle East, ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations for electronic goods.Conduct in-depth market research
to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor landscapes, and stay ahead of trends in the IT hardware industry.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with clients, distributors, and partners across different time zones and cultures through frequent communication and meetings.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
to senior management.Collaborate effectively with internal teams
, including Operations, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience from technical inquiry to product delivery.Draft clear, concise, and professional emails
and other communications for a US and international business audience.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience
in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with a focus on international markets, particularly the United States.A strong interest and eagerness to learn about IT hardware
is essential. The candidate must be able to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them to clients.Exceptional, fluent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
is mandatory. The candidate must be able to confidently lead virtual meetings and communicate with a high degree of professionalism and clarity with native English speakers.Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
in a remote work environment.Strong understanding of international sales principles
, export procedures, and an awareness of different business cultures.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.Proficiency in CRM software
and the Google Suite.- A Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in the electronic hardware, IT equipment, or semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
Existing knowledge of the electronic IT equipment ecosystem.
An MBA is highly desirable
and will be considered a significant advantage.- Prior experience working with US-based companies or in a role that required extensive interaction with the US market.

6:00 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday through Friday
