We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Strategic Assistant to the CEO with a background in Computer Science (B.E.) and an MBA , who can seamlessly blend technical understanding with business acumen. This role demands a dynamic individual who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and can serve as a trusted extension of the CEO in both internal and client-facing capacities. Female candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities: Participate in and lead high-stakes meetings with clients, internal teams, and partners. Be the first point of contact for key clients; maintain strong, ongoing professional relationships. Provide strategic support in sales pitches, negotiations, and technical discussions. Maintain availability for time-sensitive tasks and urgent business requirements, often outside standard business hours. Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time and attention. Preparing briefings and reports for board meetings and other high-level discussions. Coordinating with other c level executives and their assistants. Managing special projects on behalf of the CEO. Representing the CEO in certain meetings or communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science (B.E.), MBA preferred 3+ years Experience in a high-level executive support or client-facing business role. Ability to understand and translate technical concepts Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in dealing with high-profile clients Understanding of business development and client acquisition strategies Ability to be firm, persuasive, and strategic in communication when necessary Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and be available as business needs dictate Passion for technology and innovation, always staying ahead of industry trends.
