Job Description

Scope of Work:

Candidate should have experience of generating business in interior designing of homes/ offices, construction of plots , building renovation etc .
Candidate should have experience of preparation of quotation & BOQ as per customer requirement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
Candidate should be target oriented and comfortable with regular one to one meetings in market with clients .
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
Ensure excellent client servicing throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal design & project teams for smooth execution.

Preferred Candidate:

Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in the
construction / interior design / architecture industry
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong networking & client relationship skills.
Excellent communication skills in English..

Education:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (minimum requirement).
MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
