Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing a telesales team to achieve insurance sales targets while ensuring effective team performance, recruitment, and adherence to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to drive sales performance across insurance products.
  • Recruit team leaders and agents as per business requirements and growth plans.
  • Monitor team productivity, sales targets, and overall performance on a regular basis.
  • Ensure attrition levels are maintained within industry and organizational benchmarks.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, training support, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with reporting managers to align team goals with national and regional sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.
