Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's goals for NEET app
subscriptions in schools across Tamil Nadu.
2. Identify new sales opportunities, target schools, and build a robust sales pipeline.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, and decision-
makers.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for schools, addressing their queries and concerns related to
the app.
5. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and
emerging trends in NEET preparation.
6. Provide insights and feedback to the product team to enhance app features based on customer
needs.
7. Execute the sales plan by conducting presentations, product demos, and meetings with school
stakeholders.
8. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at
schools.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using
CRM software.
11. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
12. Provide training and support to school staff and students on how to use the NEETly app effectively.
13. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and support.
Qualifications & Requirement:
✓ Any Bachelor's degree.
✓ Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the edtech or education sector.
✓ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
✓ Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
