Position: SALES MANAGER (Back Office - Thrissur)

About the Role:

Inox Global a company based in THRISSUR, working as a Back Office for Three Zone General Trading LLC, a rapidly growing enterprise in the UAE, is hiring a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead its expanding sales division. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to reach full potential
• Set clear team goals, monitor individual and team performance regularly
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors
• Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion into new markets
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with senior management on pricing, marketing, and product strategies
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where needed

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Track record of successfully managing a team of 15+ sales executives
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience in general trading industries preferred
• Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
