Our new Sales Manager must plan, generate enquiries, submitquotations on time, attend techno commercial meetings, close the orders and collect payment. This job is suited for professionals with Industrial experience, a passion for sales and customer service who enjoy closing business for solution orientated packages.

- Prospect for new clients and business opportunities in the following markets:
- End Users, like Pharma, Food and beverage ,Paints, Steel , bitumen
- EPC – Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
- OEMS- Original Equipment Manufacturer
- Engineering Consultants
- HVAC Consultants
- Contractors
- Identifying the Distributors / Agents.
- Generate quotations using DESMI software & tools and exceed targets
- Provide Pre-Sales Technical Assistance
- Develop Long-Term Customer Relationships
What We Expect From You
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Experience – A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ selling experience in dealing with Positive Displacement Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps,
- Sales skills – Demonstrate professional selling skills including prospecting, quote generation, closing and solution orientated sales.
- Problem-solving skills – Ability to identify customer’s ‘pain’, specify, communicate, and offer solutions to customers.
- Technology experience – Apply the knowledge and technical expertise in the industry market to advise and assist clients with winning solutions.
- Interpersonal skills – Demonstrate professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence – Confident to motivate the clients to make purchases and to upsell solutions.
