Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Set monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets for the team and ensure successful achievement.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure high conversion rates by improving sales techniques and processes.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.

3. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure a smooth customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop referral programs to generate business through client recommendations.

5. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Maintain and analyze sales reports to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Utilize data insights to improve sales forecasting and team productivity.
  • Proficiently use Excel and CRM tools to monitor progress and identify trends.

6. Training & Process Improvement

  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, immigration services, and objection handling.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes for better results.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA or Graduate with at least

    3+ years

    of sales experience in the immigration industry.
  • Minimum

    3 years

    of experience in team handling and sales management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English and regional language
