Manager Business Development (Salesforce Services)

Location:

Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office) Focus Geography: Global (Major emphasis on the U.S. region)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Manager Business Development to spearhead new client acquisition and support full-cycle sales efforts for our Salesforce consulting, implementation, DevOps, and managed services portfolio. The role is focused on hunting new opportunities, building relationships with VP/C-level executives in the U.S., and partnering with Relanto s VP/AEs to successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new business acquisition by engaging with VP/C-level executives, primarily in the U.S. market.
Prospect, qualify, and set up meetings for VP/AEs with target Net New and Existing accounts to accelerate closures.
Conduct in-depth account and industry research to tailor outreach and strategically position Relanto s Salesforce services.
Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events, Salesforce ecosystem engagements).
Partner with VP/AEs to manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closures
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Stay updated on Salesforce product roadmaps, market trends, and competitors to sharpen client positioning.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and executive reports.
Collaborate across global teams and time zones to ensure alignment with sales strategies.

Requirements

5 7 years of B2B/enterprise sales or business development experience, with proven expertise in Salesforce-related services.
Track record of hunting and prospecting VP/C-level executives, particularly in the U.S. market.
Strong storytelling and consultative selling skills to craft compelling narratives for client engagement.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
Experience working with Salesforce AEs/partners in joint pursuits.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating service contracts.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptive in a hybrid, multi-time-zone environment.
Preferred Skills
Domain exposure in HiTech, BFSI, Retail & CPG industries, especially within the Indian enterprise market.
Prior experience in global sales, with emphasis on targeting U.S. enterprises.
Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools.
