Sales Manager (Household Products)

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new wholesale clients in the assigned territory of Tamilnadu and Kerala. You will need to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and revenue generation. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be crucial, requiring strategic planning and execution. It is essential to develop a comprehensive understanding of product lines and effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help optimize sales strategies. Regular client visits, product demos, and training sessions will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and accounts is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management is vital for this role. Desired Skills: - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or wholesale distribution, preferably in Tamilnadu & Kerala. - Strong network and knowledge of wholesale markets in the region. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. - Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Malayalam) preferred. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduation - Experience: 5+ years experience in a similar industry as a manager - Skills: Sales, Negotiation The company requires you to have 5 years of experience in kitchen cleaning utensils products and 7 years in the wholesaler market.
