Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our team in the Home Appliance industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and be based in MP, UP, or Rajasthan.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive secondary and tertiary sales across assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure effective product distribution.
Ensure product visibility and market penetration to increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to resolve issues and improve sales.
Execute promotional campaigns and local marketing activities to promote products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to meet business goals.

Job Requirements

Experience in White Goods or Consumer Durables is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets is necessary.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory is expected.
Strong leadership and management skills are needed to lead a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial.
Qualification: 10th Pass, B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
Key Skills: Good Communication Skills, Sales Management.
