Sales Manager High-Ticket Security & Concierge | 50k fixed + Incentives + Group Bonus | Mumbai (Pan-India role)**

WENS Force is India's elite, on-demand security & concierge platform for HNIs, VIPs, corporates & NRIs. Own revenue across: bodyguards/escort, VIP airport moves, event security, guarding contracts/tenders, secure logistics/convoys, and digital surveillance subscriptions. You'll build pipeline, close high-value deals, lock partnerships (hotels/event/legal/real estate), and drive quarterly targets. Looking for a proven closer (35 yrs) with hustle, CXO/HNI confidence, and B2B+B2C firepower.

CTC: 70,000 fixed/month + (Lucrative Aggressive incentives: 2x to 3x to Achievor) + group bonus

Base: Mumbai | **Coverage:** Pan-India (travel-ready)

Target Profile:** 35 yrs high-ticket sales (security/facility/luxury/hospitality/real estate/events)

Role Objective:

Own revenue growth across **all WENS Force service lines** and build a repeatable engine for **high-ticket B2C + B2B sales**, partnerships, and government/enterprise wins.

## Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership: Looking to Expand Team.

Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets aligned to our 3-year plan (towards 7.5 Crores Quartely).

* **Pipeline Building (B2C + B2B):*** HNI/VIP/NRI, corporate houses, production/event firms, embassies/consulates, hospitals, luxury hotels.

* Daily top-of-funnel generation via referrals, partnerships, inbound, field visits, social & WhatsApp funnels.

* **High-Ticket Conversions:** Close urgent, premium deals**bodyguards, dispute-site escorts, emergency logistics, VIP airport moves, event security, digital surveillance subscriptions**.

* **Key Accounts & Partnerships:** Build and scale partnerships with **5-star hotels, airport ecosystem vendors, travel/concierge firms, event planners, real-estate & legal firms, PSUs/large campuses**.

* **Govt/Enterprise Tenders:** Coordinate tender identification, bid prep, compliance docs with internal team (GEM/e-proc portals).

* **Security Contracts & Guarding:** Win **housing societies, warehouses, campuses, malls**—bundle **CCTV/monitoring** for higher ARPU and stickiness.

* **Pricing & Proposals:** Create premium proposals/SLAs, negotiate, and close with C-suite/HNI stakeholders.

* **Field Leadership:** Plan demos, site walks, and rapid response for urgent leads; travel across India as required.

* **Reporting & Forecasting:** Maintain CRM hygiene, weekly funnel metrics, win-loss analysis, competitor intel.

## Must-Have Profile

* **Proven Achiever:** 3–5 years in **high-ticket sales** (security/facility, luxury concierge, hospitality, real estate, events, corporate services).

* **Closer’s Mindset:** Confident with HNI/CXO conversations, objection handling, and urgency-based closures.

* **B2B + B2C Fluency:** Lead gen to close, key account farming, upsell/cross-sell.

* **Partnership Builder:** Hotels, travel agents, event firms, legal/real-estate, embassies, PSUs.

* **Process & Hustle:** CRM discipline, weekly targets, field readiness, late hours/weekends when client needs demand.

* **Ethics & Discretion:** Works with sensitive clients/situations with absolute confidentiality.

## Preferred (Good to Have)

* Security services / facility management / concierge / hospitality sales background.

* Tender/RFP experience (GEM, e-procure, PSU, institutional).

* Mumbai/Delhi network in **luxury hotels, travel concierges, event agencies, real estate, legal**.

* **Monthly bookings & revenue** by line: bodyguard/escort, airport VIP, event security, digital surveillance subscriptions, guarding contracts, logistics.

* **# of active partnerships** signed (hotel/travel/event/legal/real estate).

* **Tender funnel:** bids submitted, wins, revenue booked.

* **ARPU & CAC payback** improvement via bundling (e.g., guard + CCTV monitoring).

* **Repeat & referral rate** from HNI/corporate accounts.
