Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nirsa for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks involve leading a sales team, generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in market research and business development
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
