The Sales Manager HCV drives sales volumes and market share through local dealers in the Jaipur territory, engaging strategic customers and fleet owners to materialize deals. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, channel partner guidance, competitor monitoring, and acting as the interface between product development teams and customers to support market growth.
Identify strategic customers/fleet owners, map sub-territories, and execute activities for sales conversion and volume growth.
Develop sales forecasts, optimize territory coverage, conduct market intelligence, and monitor competitor activities for strategic planning.
Train and build capabilities of channel partners; drive below-the-line activities, financial management, and consumer-focused initiatives.
Expertise in channel sales management, sales planning, market intelligence, capability building, territory optimization, and financial oversight.
Strong customer engagement, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination skills for HCV market dynamics.
Education: M.B.A. or equivalent.
Experience: 2-12 years in HCV sales/channel management.
