Job Description

As a Female Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading our sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors, mentoring the sales team, collaborating with marketing for lead generation, and providing sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors. - Manage and mentor the sales team for peak performance. - Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and brand building. - Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field. - 3-4 years of sales experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage. - Willingness to travel for client meetings. - Must speak English and Hindi; Malayalam is an advantage.
