Job Title: National Sales Manager (Projects & Institutional Sales)

Location:

Department:

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our pan-India Projects & Institutional Sales division. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth and manage key accounts across group housing, government projects (airports, metros, PSUs), and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategy
  • Manage and mentor RSMs and ASMs across regions
  • Build strong relationships with builders, architects & consultants
  • Drive B2B project sales including turnkey (product + installation) deals
  • Expand dealer/distributor network
  • Handle government tendering and project liaisoning
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance for smooth execution

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of experience in building materials/façade systems/uPVC or similar industries
  • Proven project sales & team leadership experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Education:

  • Graduate (Engineering/Architecture/Business)
  • MBA preferred
