Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales representatives, and maximizing revenue by expanding our presence across retail, supermarkets, hotels, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports to management.
• Set sales targets and track performance of sales representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to guide and support them.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG and hospitality sectors.
• Ensure timely collection of client payments.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in FMCG/food sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Knowledge of Goa’s retail, supermarket, and hospitality market is a strong advantage.
