Job Description

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hero two-wheeler models.
Explain product features, specifications, financing options, exchange offers, and after-sales services.
Conduct test rides and ensure customer satisfaction during the buying process.
Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to assist customers with loan and insurance processing.
Ensure proper display and upkeep of two-wheelers in the showroom.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and local campaigns to drive showroom footfall.
Provide after-sales support by coordinating with the service team when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,410.92 - ₹29,736.18 per month
