Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our media sales team and drive revenue growth for our publications, digital products, and advertising solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and advertising agencies
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch media solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver effective advertising solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in media sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Knowledge of media industry and advertising trends
