Job Title: Sales Manager (Franchise Sales)
Job Objective:
To expand the companys distribution network by identifying, recruiting, and managing Stockists across assigned territories. The Sales Manager will drive sales growth, ensure market coverage, and strengthen brand presence through strategic partner development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new Stockists in unrepresented or vacant territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through appointed partners.
Develop and execute area-wise business expansion plans.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent product movement.
Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, credit policy, and target commitments.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Channel Management, preferably in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise business model.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify potential business partners and convert leads into partnerships.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Sc / M.Pharma / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience in channel management.
Preferably in PCD Pharma sales, franchise development
