Sales Manager for Secured Loan

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Secured Loan at Sabrimala Fintech Pvt Ltd, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for secured loan products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless loan approval process for Secured Loan LAP HL and unsured Loan at UP and Haryana States. Qualifications Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy skills Experience in Market Research and Client Relationship Management Knowledge of Secured Loan Products and Financial Services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the financial sector, particularly with NBFCs, is beneficial Ability to work on-site in Haryana and UP State Show more Show less
