We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the construction industry to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and support the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within construction and project management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the construction project pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients (contractors, developers, architects).
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends and report on sales performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum [10] years of sales experience in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction project processes and timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
