Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Manage a warm client base: provide consultations, present services, and close deals effectively. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients with a focus on achieving sales goals. Engage in negotiations with clients via chat and phone calls. Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and outcomes. Adhere to quality standards and follow best practices to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements Language Skills: English proficiency of at least B2 level. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role (experience in B2B service sales is a strong advantage). Skills: Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Requirements: A laptop/computer with stable internet access. Availability: Must be available during working hours. Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, resilience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
