Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new interior project leads through various channels such as field visits, networking, and online inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Meeting and pitching our services to builders, developers, architects, and property dealers. - Identifying and closing partnership opportunities with furniture brands, lighting vendors, and home improvement brands. - Scheduling and attending client meetings, understanding project needs, and helping convert leads into contracts. - Maintaining relationships with real estate agents, showroom owners, and vendors for a consistent project flow. - Collaborating with the design team to ensure client expectations are met post-sale. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industries. - Strong local network and communication skills. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable. - Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently. Additional Details: This is a part-time job with an expected minimum of 30 hours per week.
