As a Sales Development Manager/Executive at Vsole Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., your role involves assisting the sales team in various aspects to drive business growth. Your responsibilities include: - Generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. - Preparing and sending sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers. - Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales presentations for the sales team. - Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment. - Preparing and analyzing sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review. - Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the solar energy industry. - Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. - Knowledge of solar energy technologies, products, and industry trends is desirable. If you are passionate about B2B sales in the Solar Industry and have 1-4 years of experience, this opportunity offers a salary ranging from 2,40,000 to 6,00,000 per annum.
