📍Location : Erode, Tamil Nadu

• Fixed Salary: ₹ 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to General Manager
• Lead end-to-end EV passenger car sales operations at the showroom
• Achieve monthly and quarterly EV sales targets
• Manage enquiries, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries
• Educate customers on EV technology, charging, running costs, and ownership benefits
• Guide and motivate sales executives to improve conversions
• Drive corporate, fleet, and local market EV sales opportunities
• Maintain CRM accuracy, follow-up discipline, and pipeline health
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement
• Coordinate with service and charging teams for seamless EV ownership experience

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience

  in automobile sales (EV or passenger vehicle experience preferred)
• Exposure to EV sales, technology, or charging infrastructure is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to close deals through consultative selling
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with hands-on showroom leadership experience
• Based in or willing to relocate to
