Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products effectively. You will use persuasive communication to convince customers to choose our solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Consistently following up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely closures. - Identifying and onboarding new dealers, training them on our product portfolio, pricing, and processes. - Generating leads through dealer networks, referrals, and other channels, and converting them into sales by understanding customer requirements. - Exploring new construction projects and engaging with decision-makers to strategically expand our business footprint in the assigned geography. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and results-oriented approach.
