Job Title: Sales Head – Natural Stone Division
Location: Jhalawar, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-10 years (minimum 3+ years in natural stone or building material industry)
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in the natural stone industry. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of architects, builders, and export clients, and a proven track record in driving domestic and international sales. This role demands strategic leadership, effective team management, and hands-on involvement in client acquisition and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and export markets.
• Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and exporters.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new geographies and product applications (e.g., flooring, cladding, landscaping).
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing to position our offerings effectively.
• Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order execution.
• Ensure CRM system is up to date with lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the natural stone or building materials industry.
• Strong network and market understanding of the natural stone sector (Kota stone, sandstone,Basalt, granite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in both B2B and export sales is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in sales tools, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
