Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our Product & OPD subscription plan sales in the healthcare segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare product sales, strong team management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the OPD services ecosystem. If you're passionate about healthcare access and delivering value to customers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote OPD & wellness subscription plans to individuals, corporates, and channel partners.
• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives and tele callers to achieve set targets.
• Identify potential markets, segments, and B2B/B2C clients for OPD products and drive acquisition.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions for customers and partners.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and optimize sales funnels accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective campaigns and offers.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and subscription renewal strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, insurance, wellness, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet aggressive targets, and adapt quickly to changing trends.
