Sales Manager (Electrical Product sales)

We are urgently seeking Sales Engineer (Manager) or Business Development Manager from electrical or electronic Product sales background. Preferred candidates from Wires & Cable industry or from similar products.

We required one for each of the following states and can hander other state from the base city or state

1. Maharashtra - 01. (Pune/Mumbai)

2. Karnataka + Kerala - 01 (Bangalore/ Kochi)

3. Telangana + Andhra Pradesh - 01. (Hyderabad)

4. Tamil Nadu + Puducherry- 01. (Chennai or Pondicherry)

CTC Budget : 15 LPA- 30 LPA

Age Limit :- 27 years - 32 years

Notice Period :- 15 days / Immediate Joiner

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers and marketing strategies regarding products promotion in a designated region.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and Share product knowledge.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
• Submitting quotation to client.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Administering client accounts.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing Sales reports for head office.
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Identify areas of improvement and customer satisfaction communicate to upper management.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Out Station Traveling will be required

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Electricals and Electronics).

• 3-5 years sales experience in Cable / Cable Accessories industry.

• Preferably in the 27 Years Old to 32 Years Old.

• Preference given for experience in various segments like Infra / Utilities / A Grade Contractors / Projects / Metro / Railways / Solar.

• Excellent communication , should be fluent of local languages and should have leadership skills.

* Note :- This job required day to day field work and Outstation Traveling as well.
