Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
2. Demonstrate the features and benefits of Powerit IPC to prospective clients.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals and exceed sales targets.
4. Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
5. Conduct gap audits to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
6. Manage relationships with customers and distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Entry level sales specialist|1-2 year experience, basic chemistry knowledge, Quantitative and analytical skills
3. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in the local language.
4. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage bigger geography.
6. Experience in water treatment and swimming pool will be added advantage
