We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the education or training industry to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the education and training sector.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the education, training, or ed-tech industry.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
