Sales Manager - Ed Tech

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with Ed-Tech industry experience to lead and drive our sales operations at Catalyst, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, experience in achieving revenue targets, and the ability to build scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the academic counselors/sales team
• Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads through various channels and manage follow-ups
• Conduct product presentations, counselling sessions & conversions
• Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
• Work closely with management to improve processes and drive growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualification

• 3–4 years experience in sales, preferred in Ed-Tech sector
• Minimum 1 year experience in a team leader/managerial role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets within timelines
• Proficient in CRM tools & reporting
• Problem solver with leadership qualities
