About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the fast-growing EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, proven target achievement, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and account management.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to closure.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutes.
• Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of sales experience (EdTech / Education / Training industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree.
