Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identify new market opportunities, and expand the customer base. Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives. Provide ongoing support and guidance to improve performance and motivation. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, identify and qualify leads, and track sales activities to ensure efficient lead generation and conversion. Sales Performance: Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback to improve results. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or services. Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve company goals
