Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Schedule product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as needed. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Analyse market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. Identify regulatory requirements & compliance for specific region sales. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in engineering, biotechnology, or experience in similar a similar field. Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in sales within the orthopaedic industry. Proven track record in sales for the orthopaedic domain. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopaedic. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
