Job Summary

Domestic Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed domestic sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships within assigned regions. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support as needed. • Address customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. • Analyze regional market dynamics to identify high-growth potential areas. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain) to align sales objectives with company goals. • Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share and brand visibility. • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company requirements. • Drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in

    Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences

    , or a related field. • Minimum of

    3 to 5 years proven experience

    in sales within the

    medical devices or orthopedic industry

    (preferably surgical implants). • Strong understanding of the healthcare and orthopedic markets. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

    tools and sales reporting. • Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. • Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities.
