Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as required.
  • Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyse market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for regional sales.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in sales within the medical devices/orthopaedic industry (preferably surgical implants).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopaedics.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficiency in the local language; fluency in English is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
