Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Domestic Edtech Sales. The Sales Manager will work from our Rohini location and be responsible for driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, coordinating with educational institutions, generating sales reports, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational and writing support services.


Responsibilities:

  • Experience from Domestic Edtech Sales
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
  • Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion.
  • Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue).
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
