Direct Spaces is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with 3–5 years in commercial real estate leasing or B2B sales to lead our field operations across South Delhi, Central Delhi, and Noida. This target-driven role involves managing a team of BD executives, acquiring Lessor and Lessee mandates, expanding broker networks, and driving high-value lease closures. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, team leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to accelerate revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and field reporting is essential, along with own conveyance for market visits. Performance-linked incentives and fast-track growth into leadership roles are part of the package.
