We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for our diesel genset range (10–2000 kVA) in Jaipur and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial power solutions, a strong customer network, and the ability to drive business growth.
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for diesel gensets in the assigned region.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and end-users.
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and effective negotiations.
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and customer meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, finance) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in genset or power solutions sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
