Job Title: Sales Manager - Dermatology & Aesthetics Clinic Company: DERMADOCK SKIN HAIR & LASER CLINIC Location: KOKAPET, HYDERABAD Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing dermatology clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to client management, inventory, and staff supervision, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. Responsibilities: Client Counselling: Provide professional and empathetic counselling to clients regarding various dermatology treatments and services, helping them make informed decisions and ensuring client satisfaction. Appointment Management: Efficiently manage and optimize client appointment schedules, ensuring timely and effective client flow. Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of all clinic products and supplies, including ordering, stocking, and quality control. Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes training, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales, management, or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare, clinic, or beauty industry setting. Proven experience in managing appointments and inventory. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling abilities. Proficiency in using clinic management software (if applicable, mention specific software if preferred). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
