About the Role


Sales Manager / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow business with existing Beauty & Cosmetics customers.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients across North India.

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales performance reports.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Production, Accounts, Logistics, etc.) for seamless order execution.

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve offerings.

  • Travel extensively within the region for client meetings and business development.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Marketing, Business Administration

    , or related field.

  • 10–12 years of experience

     in 

    Sales & Marketing

     within the 

    Packaging industry

    , preferably in 

    Plastic Tubes for Beauty & Cosmetics

    .

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and generate new business.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
