About the Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager / Deputy Manager to lead and expand our Plastic Tube Packaging business for the Beauty & Cosmetics segment in North India . The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in packaging sales , experience handling beauty and personal care clients , and a strong track record in business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow business with existing Beauty & Cosmetics customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients across North India. Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales performance reports. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Production, Accounts, Logistics, etc.) for seamless order execution. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve offerings. Travel extensively within the region for client meetings and business development. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or related field. 10–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Packaging industry , preferably in Plastic Tubes for Beauty & Cosmetics . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage key accounts and generate new business. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across North India. Key Performance Indicators Growth in customer base and sales revenue. Expansion of market share in the Beauty & Cosmetics segment. Client satisfaction and retention rate. Job Position: CRM Business & Process SpecialistRole Purpose: As a CRM Business & Process Specialist, you play a key role in enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to better support global sales and customer processes. Your focus lies on understanding business needs, improving workflows, ensuring data quality, and helping our teams make better use of CRM insights — rather than on technical development. Together with IT and Sales, you ensure that Dynamics evolves into a true business enabler that drives efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM Process Improvement · Analyze and optimize end-to-end CRM processes across sales, customer onboarding, and account management. · Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities in daily CRM usage. · Translate business requirements into clear CRM enhancements or configuration changes. · Collaborate with IT (internal and external partners) to implement improvements. 2. User Enablement & Adoption · Support and train users in CRM best practices, dashboards, and reporting. · Develop guidelines and documentation for standardized CRM usage. · Foster collaboration and ensure consistent data entry and process adherence across teams. 3. Data Quality & Transparency · Monitor and improve CRM data quality and consistency (accounts, contacts, opportunities). · Support integration and alignment of CRM data with SAP, SharePoint, and other systems. · Enable a 360° customer view through harmonized data flows and reporting. 4. Reporting & Insights · Support creation of dashboards and reports (Power BI) to visualize pipeline, activity, and performance data. · Help stakeholders interpret data to identify trends and make informed business decisions. 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement · Act as a link between business and IT for CRM-related topics. · Gather feedback from sales and customer service teams to continuously evolve CRM usability. · Participate in projects related to digital sales tools and CRM roadmap development. 6. Qualifications & Skills: · Degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, or related discipline · Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, process understanding, and user support). · Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer processes. · Analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying and improving workflows. · Experience in data management and reporting (Power BI knowledge is an advantage). · Strong communication skills and ability to bridge between business and IT. · Fluent in English (written and spoken).
